Racyne Garden Song

Racyne Garden Song

For those who adore a lively yet delicate bouquet, Garden Song by Racyne is perfect choice. This fragrance feels like stepping into a lush, blooming garden at sunrise. It’s a beautifully composed floral scent with soft green nuances, reminiscent of fresh petals and morning dew.

Garden Song is light, tender, and delicate, giving me a "zen" feeling that makes me think of romance! I imagine Lady Chatterley would have definitely worn this fragrance.

Fragonard Lilas

Fragonard Lilas

Lilac’s are one of my favorite flowers spring flowers! Before I did my perfumery course at ISIPCA, I did not know that lilacs are ‘silent flowers’ – they are too fragile and cannot give any essence no matter the extraction process.

Lilas is a light, transparent, linear and very realistic take on fresh lilacs. It fades quickly, but it is also very affordable (~€25 for 50 ml). It always lifts up my mood, transporting me back to childhood, breathing in lilacs at my grandma’s farm.

Ella K Poeme de Sagano

Ella K Poeme de Sagano

Inspired by the serene beauty of Kyoto’s Sagano Bamboo Forest (which I visited a few years ago — an unforgettable experience!), Poème de Sagano by Ella K is a refreshing, green, and slightly citrusy fragrance that captures the tranquil harmony of nature. I only wish it lasted longer, but it’s so beautifully blended that I love it just as it is! Interestingly, it also reminds me of Bon Pari candy (Google it 😉), and those who know will understand exactly what I mean.

Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone who appreciates a fresh, meditative scent—one that brings a quiet sophistication and a deep sense of peace to the season.

Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia

Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia

A very feminine, easy-to-wear, light, and clean fruity-floral fragrance. Interestingly, I find myself loving it more on others than on myself, but the more I wear it, the more I enjoy it! It has a perfectly balanced blend of sweet and floral notes, and if I had to describe it in a few words, it would be "Youth in a bottle!"

Les Bains Guerbois 1900 L’Heure de Proust

Les Bains Guerbois 1900 L’Heure de Proust

A lively, slightly fizzy, fruity fragrance with beautifully nuanced black tea notes. It’s easy to wear and incredibly fun! I guess that is because of Pomelo note. I noticed that I often gravitate towards fragrances which has Pomelo note, as it evokes those sparkling wine/champagne vibes which I immediately associate with happy moments!

Estée Lauder Pleasures

Estée Lauder Pleasures

A beloved classic I continue to wear each spring, Estée Lauder Pleasures is a luminous floral that never overwhelms—fresh, soft, and endlessly wearable.

Introduced in 1995, Estée Lauder Pleasures marked a turning point in perfumery, setting the trend for fresh, uplifting compositions and pioneering the now iconic sheer floral fragrance family.

Created by Evelyn Lauder, Pleasures was created to evoke an airy, luminous feeling, capturing the delicate scent of flowers just after a spring rain. Its transparent, radiant quality was a departure from the heavier florals of the time, and it quickly became one of the brand’s best-selling fragrances.

Though the listed notes suggest a large floral bouquet, to me, Pleasures smells like lilies of the valley and green grass washed by spring rain. Fresh, ethereal, and easy to wear—it’s the kind of scent that feels delicate and never intrusive.

Frédéric Malle En Passant

Lilacs are one of spring’s most beautiful floral scents, but they have no natural extract. In En Passant, perfumer Olivia Giacobetti captures their scent with remarkable delicacy and realism. It smells like a soft breeze carrying lilac across a Paris street in early spring—cool, damp, fleeting.

There’s something peaceful about this fragrance, like pressing pause to preserve a fleeting moment of lilac beauty. It smells fresh and watery, evoking the image of a quiet field of lilacs soaked in spring rain, with a piece of blue sky just beginning to break through the grey clouds above.

Puredistance Papilio

Puredistance Papilio

Inspired by the Latin word for butterfly, Papilio is about transformation, individuality, and embracing one’s true nature. Just as butterflies move gracefully through each stage of life, Papilio invites us to express ourselves in every form.

Created by Nathalie Feisthauer, this multifaceted scent thrives on contrast. It radiates lightness and joy with its floral citrus opening, while a resinous, woody leathery base adds a quiet gravity that makes it feel grounded yet vibrant, perfect for spring’s emotional complexity.

This fragrance opens like fragile wings—magnolia, jasmine, and neroli, accompanied by citruses that highlight the orange and bitter facets of neroli. Together, these notes paint a palette of vibrant hues, joy, and the airiness of fluttering wings, set against a dark backdrop of resinous soft leather and cedar. Despite its bold base, it remains perfectly balanced and beautifully wearable.

Amouage Blossom Love

Amouage Blossom Love

Blossom Love is a radiant homage to sakura—a powerful symbol of renewal, fleeting beauty, and transience in Japanese culture. Blooming briefly and fall quickly each spring, sakura reminds us to appreciate the present moment.

This is a bold floral gourmand with intoxicating contrasts, poisonous bitter almond, syrupy sweetness, powdery blossoms.

For me, this fragrance feels like walking through a cherry blossom alley... miles of blooming cherry blossoms. You’ve spent the whole day there, and you feel almost dizzy. The amaretto note intoxicates your mind with the overwhelming beauty around you, while the sweetness of vanilla wraps around you like a soft, white cashmere sweater—a warm, comforting cloud.

Meo Fusciuni Viole Nere

Meo Fusciuni Viole Nere

Meo Fusciuni’s fragrances are deeply atmospheric and introspective. For those looking to savor something darker this spring, I recommend exploring Viole Nere.

A contemplative and tender take on violet, Viole Nere captures the quiet beauty of early spring. This scent was born from Meo Fusciuni’s desire to tell the story of his love for the garden—not only as a physical space, but as a spiritual sanctuary and a mirror of his inner self. He expresses this through the violet: a flower both austere and delicate, yet full of strength and character.

It evokes misty March mornings, when the earth is still cold and damp, yet touched by the first light of spring. Violets bloom and perfume the air in a quiet ritual of renewal.

The scent opens with a lipsticky violet and dusty iris accord, grounded by damp moss, woody green vetiver, and earthy patchouli—like a single fragile violet blooming in the shadowed stillness of a dark, damp forest. It feels introspective and poetic.

Reinvented Sacred Bond

Reinvented Sacred Bond

Smells like a dewy picnic in Eden with Beyoncé and a raspberry tart.

You want fruity? You want floral? You want to smell like someone who drinks bergamot-spiked elixirs and communes with butterflies? Sacred Bond is your girl. The raspberry and gardenia combo is flirtier than your last situationship, while the caramel and vanilla base keeps it sweet and grounded—like a rom-com lead who actually texts back.

Orens Parfums Callis Subtile

Orens Parfums Callis Subtile

Smells like spring in Paris with a croissant and zero responsibilities.

Callis Subtitle is minimalism in a bottle—except it’s never boring. The marigold and sugar top note says “I wake up glowing,” and the soft musk base says “But I don’t try too hard.” It’s giving clean girl aesthetic meets soft glam, like wearing a linen dress and forgetting what stress feels like.

Kajal Ruby

Smells like cherry blossoms made out with a candy shop.

Ruby is not here to be subtle. She’s fruity, flirty, and sweet in a way that feels like a sugar rush at golden hour. With cherry, pineapple, whipped cream, and a vanilla-tonka base, it smells like a spring fling that turns into a summer romance. Warning: may cause strangers to ask what you’re wearing (and possibly propose).

Florian Pontier Cefalu

Florian Pontier Cefalu

Smells like you just hopped off a yacht in Sicily wearing SPF and secrets.

Cefalu is that cool, citrusy breeze that hits your face when you speed down the coast with the top down and zero regrets. Bergamot, pink pepper, and ambergris make this scent zesty and bold, while vanilla and woods give it rich vacation energy. It’s basically a boarding pass in a bottle.

Ella K Parfums Musc K

Ella K Parfums Musc K

Smells like clean sheets, kissed shoulders, and poetic texts at 2am.

Musc K is soft, musky perfection. It’s the quiet confidence of someone who smells good without trying—like they just are that person. There’s a creaminess here, a glow, a whisper of spice that lingers like an inside joke. It’s cozy, but never clingy. Subtle, but unforgettable. Like the best kind of plot twist.

Isabey Fleur Nocturne

When I was a child, my mum grew magical purple flowers that only bloomed after sunset. Their aroma filled the air all around our house. I loved that scent—it was sweet and deep—and I always associated it with warm summer evenings, because that’s exactly when I smelled it, playing outside until late at night.

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered that exact flower in perfumery, but Fleur Nocturne comes close. It’s a beautiful floral fragrance of jasmine, gardenia, magnolia, and exotic apricot tree flower, combined with a fruity touch. The sweetness of peach is delicate and soft, almost creamy. The base features solar notes and vanilla, which add a comforting warmth while remaining refined and never too sweet. It’s a classy, nostalgic scent. To me, Fleur Nocturne smells like a promise of what’s to come—long, warm evenings, the season I love the most.

Neela Vermeire Creations Ashoka

Neela Vermeire Creations Ashoka

When it comes to spring, I can’t imagine warm, sunny days without Ashoka—it’s been on my top warm-season lists for a few years now. It’s the one I reach for when I crave something clean and green. The fig leaf (oh, what’s a spring perfume closet without fig?) is beautifully paired with lotus flower, water hyacinth, sunny ylang-ylang, and osmanthus. Fig milk and sandalwood add creaminess, and on the skin, it smells clean—almost soapy—but in the most elegant way.

The base is complex, with resinous notes of myrrh and styrax, a woody touch of fir balsam and cedarwood, and a hint of addictive heliotrope. Yet it never becomes dark or heavy—it's just perfect for warmer weather.

Puredistance Divanché

This is the newest release from the brand, and I only got my hands on it a few days ago, but the moment I smelled it, I knew it would become a staple in my spring perfume wardrobe. I've been wearing it daily since.

It’s a stunning gardenia scent, crafted with Puredistance’s signature class and luxurious feel.

It opens with a fresh burst of apple and pineapple, then unfolds into a creamy, dreamy floral composition. The gardenia is supported by heliotrope, jasmine, and tuberose, with a subtle touch of ambroxan—but these never steal the limelight from her. On the skin, it smells slightly musky and clean. It’s not pretentious or overwhelming—just deep and pure beauty in a bottle.

Initio Rehab

Initio Rehab

This is a scent I love to wear in early spring, when the warmth is kind of there—but not quite. It’s the time when the first blossoms appear, but snow might still return, only to melt instantly and leave the pavement wet and shiny. The sky turns blue more often, the sun shows itself shyly, and the evenings begin to stretch.

Objectively, I’m not sure what exactly in this scent evokes that picture for me—is it the muskiness? The sweet yet fresh lavender, paired with hints of tobacco? Or maybe it’s the soft sandalwood blended with hedione, whispering of jasmine? Whatever it is, Rehab is a wonderfully versatile choice for days when it’s not yet hot, but no longer freezing.

Ormonde Jayne Levant

Ormonde Jayne Levant

This fresh floral fragrance fills my heart with joy. After a citrusy, fruity opening, Levant blooms into a generous bouquet of flowers: rose, jasmine, lily of the valley. But the flowers that stand out most to me are peony and orange blossom—and I adore smelling both.

Especially the orange blossom—it’s everywhere in the air here in Sicily right now, and it makes me so happy to catch that scent just walking outside. Levant feels like a stroll through a sumptuous garden in full bloom, where every moment reveals a new floral note to the nose.
