When I spoke with Özge Erdoğmuş Altınel, the perfumer behind the new Reinvented release Enigmatic Aura, that clarity came through immediately. Calm, thoughtful, and quietly passionate, she talked about this perfume the way someone talks about a story they’ve been waiting to tell.

“I wanted to create a scent that reveals itself slowly, almost like a person with depth you discover over time,” she told me, smiling slightly as she described the earliest drafts of the formula. “Sometimes the most powerful presence is the one you don’t fully understand at first. That’s the soul of Enigmatic Aura.”

And that’s exactly how the fragrance behaves. The opening catches you off guard, it’s soft, intriguing, with a subtle tension underneath.
