A New Perfume Brand Redefining Luxury Travel Scents
Written by Kristina Kybartaite-Damule
Launched only last year, Réservation already feels unusually self-assured for a young brand. The collection is cohesive, distinctive, and doesn’t sacrifice wearability for narrative. One fragrance in particular has become one of my favorite discoveries of the year so far.

The brand’s entire concept revolves around ultra-luxury hospitality – not in the obvious “Mediterranean summer” way, but through the private, strangely intimate rituals of expensive hotels: the silence of a corridor late at night, the warmth of a dark wood-paneled suite, the lingering scent on skin after hours spent in a lounge bar or by the pool.
It’s cinematic without becoming gimmicky. And more importantly, the perfumes are actually good.
Here are my thoughts and ratings (according to my personal taste) for each of the perfume.
Suite 909 – Sharp Luxury with Depth
Suite 909 opens with an immediate hit of pepper – spicy and confident. It quickly settles into a woody structure that feels stripped-back but intentional, built around dry woods and a strong dose of akigalawood.
The result is potent, long-lasting, and very controlled in its composition. It doesn’t try to seduce you softly; it enters the room and defines it.

Jasmin Haze – Minimalism Done Right
As the name suggests, jasmine is the central idea here.
There’s jasmine, a soft musky veil, and not much else – and that’s exactly why it works. It feels modern, almost architectural in the way it removes excess.
Simple, but beautifully executed.

Bleu Piscine – A Day at the Pool
Bleu Piscine is designed around the idea of the pool: sun, water, leisure.
And while I fully understand the concept, and hanging around the pool if my favorite thing to do on vacations, this perfume is the one I connect with the least. There’s a clear aquatic impression here, even if no overly aquatic notes are listed. It likely comes from the interplay of geranium and juniper berry.
Personally, I’ve never been fully at ease with aquatic compositions, and this one confirms that bias.

Feu de Rose – The Gothic Surprise
I expected to dislike Feu de Rose. Anything with “rose” in the name tends to put me on guard.
But this fragrance completely changes direction from expectation. It opens woody and dark, almost austere, with leather and frankincense creating a dense, textured atmosphere. The rose is not youthful or romantic – it’s mature, almost gothic in its expression.
Unexpected, sophisticated, and deeply memorable.
9 / 10
Chambre Secrète – Vanilla with Shadow
Chambre Secrète is where the collection becomes truly addictive.
It’s technically a vanilla composition, but calling it that feels reductive. The vanilla is darkened by incense and smoke, giving it a depth that feels almost ritualistic. Warm, sensual, slightly mysterious – it has that rare balance between comfort and tension.
10 / 10
Late Night – The Perfect Sleep Scent
Late Night is built around sandalwood, but not the dry or sharp kind.
This is creamy, milky sandalwood, softened with cardamom and a quiet warmth that lingers for hours. It’s the kind of scent you instinctively reach for without overthinking it. I’ve even worn it to sleep – and still smelled it the next morning.
A quiet masterpiece.

Riviera Californienne – The Standout
If I had to choose a signature from the entire collection, it would be this one.
Riviera Californienne is woody, but softened with tonka bean and a subtle coffee nuance that makes it feel addictive rather than heavy. It’s cozy, slightly sweet, and incredibly wearable.
This is not just my favorite of the collection. It’s one of the most pleasant fragrances I’ve discovered this year.
If I could (and I can because this is my rating) – 15 / 10
